Distance Sales Agreement and Pre-Contractual Information

This agreement governs the sale of digital subscription services concluded electronically, under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts. The Turkish version is the binding text.
1. Parties

Buyer: the natural or legal person who registers and purchases a subscription.
2. Subject and price
The subject is a digital subscription service ordered electronically. No physical goods are delivered.
Scope varies by plan and is published on the pricing page. The price is the amount shown at checkout, taxes indicated separately.
Payment is collected in advance by card through a licensed payment provider. Card details are never visible to or stored by the Seller.
3. Performance
The service is made available immediately after payment is approved. There is no separate delivery period or delivery cost.
The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless cancelled.
4. Right of withdrawal
The Buyer may withdraw within fourteen (14) days without giving a reason and without penalty.
IMPORTANT EXCEPTION: under Article 15/1-ğ of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal does not apply to intangible goods supplied instantaneously in electronic form. By starting to use the service after payment, the Buyer accepts that performance has begun and that the right of withdrawal is lost.
If the service has not been used at all, withdrawal may be exercised within the fourteen-day period by written notice to the email address above. Refunds are made within fourteen days of receipt of the notice.
5. Cancellation and disputes
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees for used periods are not refunded.
Consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts in Türkiye have jurisdiction within the monetary thresholds set annually by the Ministry of Trade.
