1. The service

EyeRival visits publicly accessible web pages you choose, compares them against their previous state and notifies you of detected changes with a summary.

It works only on publicly accessible content. Pages behind a login or otherwise technically restricted are not tracked.

2. Your obligations

You are responsible for the security of your account and the confidentiality of your password.

You are responsible for ensuring the addresses you track do not breach the terms of the sites concerned. Our system respects robots.txt, but a site's terms may still prohibit automated access.

You may not use the Service to damage systems, cause excessive load, infringe third-party rights or engage in unfair competition.

3. Subscriptions

Free and paid plans are available; current prices are published on the pricing page.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled.

You may cancel at any time from account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and fees for that period are not refunded.

We notify you by email at least thirty days before any price change takes effect.

4. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is". We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Tracked sites may change their structure or block automated access; changes may go undetected and we are not liable for this.

AI-generated summaries are informational and may be incomplete or wrong. Do not base commercial decisions solely on them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

5. Termination and governing law

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. You may delete your account at any time; deletion is permanent.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
